I for one had been on those situations, and I strongly have a bun in the oven that our University should provide transportation for students and teachers. Transportation and security has always been a problem for most of us. In fact, according to the Police regional Office of Cebu, there are at least 18 crimes occurring daily in Cebu with theft, and robbery on top of the list. I know that you know the feeling when you think twice in entering the class because you are late for 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or even 1 hour. When we students are late, it means head-in-the-clouds a possible quiz, attendance, or an important discussion. For students, and teachers, punctuality is a must, and the consequences for tardiness are great. The solution for this is school transportation for students, and teachers.
